Welcome to Sugar

We've all been there. The journey to a healthier life is filled with ups and downs, and its particular moments, many of them shared with friends. Competing in fitness challenges. Sharing your latest healthy recipe. Encouraging each other to take one more step. To hold that plank a little longer.

Health and wellness deserves a spot at the top. No, we deserve it
The platforms where we share our moments are the places we go to scroll through endless content and are oftentimes overwhelming or unrelated to our health goals. Today an average person spends 7 hours a day using these products, but no health app has made it to the top 100.

We exist to change this.
We believe health deserves a brand new approach, and we begin with a fresh set of values.

Sugar is sassy and bold.
This should be a blast. We think the stuff that helps you stay healthy should ride with the fun of you living your best life. It's not only about the program that you have got to follow, but also the whole shebang around it. The emotions, bragging, stalking, side-eye, eye-roll. You name it. We take our time to amplify these moments. A bit of banter never hurt anyone, right?

Sugar is easy-going & real.
You don't have to be a freak to reach your peak. We are building Sugar for ourselves, our friends and our community. Many of us are still healthy, we are surprised that we are still healthy and we want to maintain that. But, wow, the maintenance struggle is real and it's easy to be overwhelmed with all those stats, numbers and graphs. You just have to start somewhere.

Soo..

Let's put health and wellness on the map together! Want to join this lot and help us co-create Sugar with our community?
